Range of application: This high quality mineral clay is a natural product and binds very well mycotoxins (toxins of the mould fungus), heavy metals like mercury, cadmium and lead, as well as radioactive elements such as Caesium and other pollutants. It is also ideal for external use, for example for face masks and body care. Due to its excellent ability of binding poisonous substances, Montmorillonite Illite Mineral Clay is used in animal nutrition as well. It can help for building a healthy intestinal flora and for strengthening the immune system.

Origin and composition
Our Montmorillonite Illite Mineral Clay is mined exclusively in Germany and has a very high amount of montmorillonite and illite. The crushed rocks are finely grind up, with an average grain size of 7 microns and a range of about 1 to 25 microns.

Included minerals:
At least 80% clay minerals: montmorillonite, illite, muscovite, kaolinite, chlorite. Other minerals: quartz, feldspar, calcite, dolomite, pyrite.
